Dr. Adria Biasi, DPT

Dr. John Zdor, DPT

Physical Therapist

John approaches PT by looking at the ‘story’ of a client's movement. Together, they find any weak links in the movement chain that cause stress on other parts of the body & prevent his clients from participating pain-free in their favorite activities. To address this dysfunction, he utilizes a variety of manual, movement, and exercise-based techniques, which reduce pain, improve movement, and show his clients how to self-manage their bodies.
John graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Andrews University in Southwestern Michigan. As part of his schooling, he completed a clinical residency under Ike Anunciado here at 360 Physical Therapy. He is passionate about continuing his education in Strain-Counterstrain techniques and in further incorporating weightlifting and movement-based strategies in his care.

Interests & hobbies
Outside the clinic, you would likely find John rock climbing, weightlifting or mountain biking in the hills around Vancouver. He also enjoys incorporating Crossfit & weightlifting into his climbing training program.

Trisa Alemany, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Trisa's approach to your care is not about chasing the pain, but finding the dysfunction and teaching you techniques to use for self-care. She has a holistic approach to therapy, utilizing Strain-Counterstrain techniques as her foundation of care and incorporating many other learned skills, including: muscle energy, ART, Cranio-Sacral, balance / ergonomics, MELT method, and specific exercises to enhance recovery. She considers herself a sponge when it comes to learning and skill-development.
Trisa graduated from Mt. Hood Community College’s Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2004. She was born and raised in San Francisco CA and moved to Portland OR as a young adult. Prior to her training as a therapist, she worked as a Chef and Instructed Aqua Aerobics classes, but she has always been passionate about healing. As a kid, Trisa used methods similar to Strain-Counterstrain to treat her Dad, who was a professional marathon runner. This formative experience was when she first discovered that moving the body in certain positions can release muscle tension.

Interests & hobbies
When Trisa is not "learning" something new, you can usually find her walking or kayaking with her beagle!
