Core Values

1. Humble

Extend Compassion & Warmth:

  • Core Value Defined / Behaviors Seen:
Live from a place of gratitude. We treat people the way we would like to be treated - warmly and with compassion. We are fair and honest in all of our dealings. We show that we care about everyone that comes through our doors.

  • Polar Opposite Behaviors of Value:
Having a cold drama filled environment - in fighting amongst team members. Focusing on individual concerns / needs and not focusing on clients needs. Being arrogant and disrespectful.

Live a Life of Integrity:

  • Core Value Defined / Behaviors Seen:
We say what we mean and mean what we say. We follow through with our promises. We are honest and trustworthy people. We show people we care by finding solutions to our short comings.

  • Polar Opposite Behaviors of Value:
Lie, cheat, steal, tell half truths. Coming in late. Cutting corners in life, during treatments, not giving clients what they deserve and what's best for them. Not admitting you don't know something. Pretending to know something. Pretending to be smarter than you are. Putting yourself before others. Expecting other people to cover your faults. Being selfish.

2. Hungry

Give Outstanding Care:

We go the extra mile to provide world class care by addressing the needs of our clients and providing at our foundations high level Counterstrain Manual Therapy then progressing to functional movement training. We provide outstanding care every time, with every interaction, with every client at every session. We continually focus on our self improvement to better our capabilities to provide amazing care.

  • Polar Opposite Behaviors of Value:
Giving care with no heart - laxidasically - lacking enthusiasm. Just going through the motions. Not addressing nor listening to clients' concerns. Not looking a client in the eye. Not learning as much as you can to provide outstanding care. Not taking the effort to make your self better. Not growing.

Exemplify Fitness & Health:

We live a lifestyle that focus' on moving our bodies well every day. We believe that motion is lotion and that moving well and eating well leads to a healthy life. We compassionately promote life long fitness and well being by sharing our knowledge to help people move better.

  • Polar Opposite Behaviors of Value:
Smoking while directing client care on home exercises or home Counterstrain releases. Not practicing what we preach. Not staying active. Not moving.

3. Awesome

Organized & Productive:

  • Core Value Defined / Behaviors Seen:
Our operations processes are organized in our Google 360PT Playbook. These processes lead to profitability / long term sustainability of our practice. Our clinics are clean and organized.

  • Polar Opposite Behaviors of Value:
Unorganized. Messy. Unproductive. Unmotivated. Sit around all day. Needs to be told what to do. Not a self starter.

Innovation Together:

  • Core Value Defined / Behaviors Seen:
We believe that working together brings about infinite possibilities. It makes us stronger and more relevant. We collaborate with each other and our community partners to bring about the best individualized care to our clients as possible.

  • Polar Opposite Behaviors of Value:
Work individually without concern or input from anyone else. Not passing on knowledge with team to allow sharing and growing.

Do What We Love:

  • Core Value Defined / Behaviors Seen:
We live in alignment with what makes us feel alive. We love what we do and we do what we love. Providing care and support to our clients is satisfying for us. Love and fun for what we do is the foundation of all our core values. It naturally engages us with our community to fulfill our core purpose - to provide healing care to a hurting world. Laughter and smiling is the outward manifestation of this core value. It is good medicine, so we dose it regularly to everyone that we meet.

  • Polar Opposite Behaviors of Value:
Despising giving care. Dreading coming to work. Living to work not working to live. Not laughing and smiling.
