Frequently Asked Questions

  • What’s the difference between trigger point and tender point?

A trigger point is something that needs to be stretched, pushed and pulled on,with more intense pressure. Whereas a tender point needs to be relaxed and reset to allow nerve receptors to normalize allowing pain to decrease and freedom of movement.

  • Can I do Counterstrain at home?

Yes you can! All of our practitioners are able to teach you how to do specific movements that will help release your areas of pain with minimal effort.

  • What’s the difference between Exercise Base Rehab and Counterstrain Therapy?

Exercises help to strengthen certain areas of the body to provide stability. Whereas Counterstrain is about relaxing fascial tissue to allow for better exercise mobility. Counterstrain does this by resetting the cause of the pain and restrictions in the body so it can move normally.

  • Insurance?

Being a cash pay clinic allows us to treat you the way YOU need to be treated. Over the years insurance companies have created treatment guidelines that do not coincide with our philosophy of best practice. In a nutshell, your needs are more important than the insurances requirements.

  • Referrals? Do I need a referral?

No. Since we are not billing insurance you do not need one.

  • Pricing?

Our follow up treatments cost is dependent on which therapist you choose to work with. Our Initial Evaluations are based on the many years of experience each of them have. Each of our Therapists are highly skilled in many different areas that range from athletic injuries, low complex acute onset injuries to long standing high complex chronic issues. Likewise, our prices reflect that expertise.

  • How many treatments will I need?

This depends on your diagnosis and will be determined with your consent during your initial plan of Care.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

We do not, however, we do accept HSA and all major credit cards.

  • Where are we located?

We are located inside CrossFit Fort Vancouver In the industrial warehouse complex. Just North of Pearson Airfield. The 360 Physical Therapy office is immediately beyond the gym’s front desk. Look for 360 Physical Therapy Green Door.

As we have gained more insight on Covid-19 and how to stay safe…as essential workers…360 Physical Therapy is gearing up to re-enter the fray and get back into the fight to help ease our community & clients’ suffering.

Our prepping for Re-Opening has Ike our owner gearing up against the virus and pain with the following battle gear: KN95 masks with custom mask coverings by @LorettaBliss, thorough hand washing between every client, eye protection, head coverings, #wearFIGS scrubs, and of course his favorite training @viktosbrand shoes.

We take your health seriously… So in addition to personnel staff gear, our clinic has obtained a good supply of Cavicle 1 which is a EPA certified Covid-19 disinfectant that will be used constantly throughout the day and especially between treatment visits on all surfaces; UVC Sterilizer Box will be used to disinfect pens, masks, eye protection, head coverings; disposable masks and gloves will be provided for all of our clients.

We have installed @AirOasis 3000XG3 air purifier units that incorporate newly developed NASA methods of harnessing oxidizers along with UVC light sterilization to allow the air cleaning units to purify surrounding air from viruses, pollen, mold, and bacteria in our new spaces at @cffortvancouver

Something new … to continue the trend of added protection for everyone….we will be implementing staggered treatment appointments to limit the number of clients waiting in the lobby. We will be installing large clear see thru plexiglass cough / sneezing shield separating the lobby from the front desk. You will also notice that we are spacing out our entry and lobby chairs to maintain 6 feet Social Distancing standards.

Non contact forehead temperature readings will be taken for all treatment sessions candidates and all staff prior to entry into the clinic.

You can rest assured we are doing all that we can and know to keep you and our team safe and healthy.
