  • Sage Gerdes

    Administrative Assistant

Sage is a born and raised Idaho girl. She moved up to Washington to be with her now husband after completing her degree in Kinesiology spring of 2022, and loves exploring her new home.

Part way through college, Sage realized she had a natural bent towards exercise science and sports performance, which is what led her here to 360. Sage ran cross country and track collegiately in Idaho, and is excited to pursue competitive racing on the other side of school athletics. Two of her favorite things about working with the team at 360 are the opportunity to nerd out and continue learning about different treatment methods, and how they each encourage her spiritually.

Other than partnering with her youth pastor husband in his ministry at their church (Real Life Church Vancouver) Sage finds joy learning about the new world of Crossfit, reading, running, and making friends wherever she goes.
